Drawings of 2016

Last year I did a round up of all my 2015 drawings. There were some good drawings, and some magnificent failures. You can check them out here. Over the past year I've kept drawing. I've improved in many ways and stagnated in others. Without formal training sometimes I get mad about how slow I learn, but I'm happy I'm drawing.

So here are a few drawings from 2016. They aren't my best, or my worst. I hope they are an encouragement though. Go out and try things, and give them your best. Give too much and you'll frustrate yourself, give too little and you won't learn much, but if you give your best you may be a little closer to understanding what you study.

I'm not a professional artist after this past year, and nor will I be after next year, but last year drawing wasn't a waste of time, and I suspect the coming year won't be either.

P.S. Knuckle Sandwich is this dumb comic book idea I had and made a bad logo for. It made me happy.
